4. Calendar & Contact Permissions

LetsLinkApp may request access to your device calendar and contacts to provide scheduling and friend-matching features. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking permissions may limit certain features of the app.

5. Intellectual Property

LetsLinkApp, its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of SP Wealth LLC. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SP Wealth LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LetsLinkApp, including but not limited to loss of data, missed appointments, or scheduling conflicts. The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your associated data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of LetsLinkApp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
