Welcome to LetsLinkApp, a product of SP Wealth LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use LetsLinkApp.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of personal data to provide and improve LetsLinkApp:

Calendar Data: Calendar events and availability windows from connected calendars (Google, Microsoft, Apple) used to coordinate scheduling.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • • Provide and maintain the LetsLinkApp service, including scheduling, availability sharing, and friend connections.
  • • Sync your calendar data to show free/busy windows to your friends (only availability, not event details, is shared).
  • • Send push notifications for LinkUp requests, friend requests, and event updates.
  • • Resolve your device contacts against registered users to suggest friends (contact data is not stored on our servers beyond matching).
  • • Improve, personalize, and optimize the app experience.
  • • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

LetsLinkApp integrates with the following third-party services:

  • • Google Calendar API: See Section 3a below for full details on Google data usage.
  • • Microsoft Graph API: To sync your Outlook/Microsoft Calendar events.
  • • Apple EventKit: To sync your Apple Calendar events.
  • • Firebase Cloud Messaging: For push notification delivery.
  • • Supabase: For authentication, database, and real-time services.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data.

3a. Google Calendar Data — Use & Disclosure

LetsLinkApp requests access to your Google Calendar using the calendar.events scope, which provides read and write access to your calendar events. Here is exactly what we access and how we use it:

What we read: Event titles, start/end times, and locations from your primary Google Calendar for the upcoming scheduling window (currently 15 days). This data is used to display your events within the app and to calculate your free/busy availability windows, which are shared with your connected friends for scheduling coordination.

What we write: When you confirm a LinkUp (scheduled meeting) through the app, LetsLinkApp creates a calendar event on your Google Calendar with the event details, attendees, and an auto-generated Google Meet video conference link. This ensures the meeting appears on your calendar and all participants receive a link to join.

Editing & deletion: LetsLinkApp allows you to edit or delete your Google Calendar events from within the app. These changes are synced directly to your Google Calendar. We do not sell, share with advertisers, or use your Google Calendar data for any purpose other than the core app functionality described above.

Data retention & deletion: Google Calendar data is refreshed on a rolling window and is not stored beyond what is needed for the current scheduling period. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the app’s Settings screen, which immediately and permanently deletes all synced Google Calendar data from our servers.

Revoking access: In addition to disconnecting from within the app, you can revoke LetsLinkApp’s access to your Google Account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page.

Google API Services User Data Policy: LetsLinkApp’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security policies on our database, OAuth 2.0 for calendar integrations, and privacy-preserving logging that redacts personally identifiable information. Access to user data is restricted to authorized services only.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Calendar sync data is refreshed on a rolling window (up to 15 days ahead). You can delete your account at any time from the app settings, which permanently removes all associated data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • • Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
  • • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
  • • Disconnect calendar integrations from the app settings.
  • • Delete your account and all associated data.

7. Children's Privacy

LetsLinkApp is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy within the app and updating the "Last Updated" date.
